Based in the Ottawa, Ontario area, this Relationship Manager position is a terrific opportunity for full-time employment.What you will get to do every day: Hiring and retaining of new personnel Creating and maintaining new personnel onboarding files Handling off-boarding process Maintaining employee files Delivers expert guidance and consultation Produce a full-cycle hiring program Effectively and appropriately maneuvering all Human Resource concerns Assisting in furthering education/ training of all staff Ensuring confidentiality and rectitude is maintained Any and all other related duties as requiredJob Requirements: HR Certification MANDATORY-CHRP or CHRL Bachelor Degree in a related field 5-10+ years of experience Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Experience drafting HR policies and guidance Experience with onboarding and off-boarding processes Successfully lead and mentoring personnel Exceptional eye for detailGet your career moving in the right direction!
