As Senior Project Scheduler, you will be supporting, leading and/or managing Major Construction, Renovation or Fit-up type projects.

(NASDAQ: CIGI; TSX: CIG), a global leader in commercial real estate services with more than 16,000 professionals operating from 502 offices in 67 countries.Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a master project schedule; Contribute tothe planning, development, and management of project time management processes and procedures; Review, analyze, and report on schedules provided by consultants and contractors; Review and monitor overall project schedule on a regular basis using information provided by the project team; Provide strategic advice to identify issues, optimize durations, sequence activities, mitigate delays, and assign/level resources; Develop and provide monthly standardized reports of project schedule, including progress, risks, issues, and planned work; Provide ad-hoc reports of project schedule on an as-required basis; Provide inputto project presentation decks and materials; Participate in meetings and workshops that involve schedule.

Qualifications Degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering with experience working in project management with a specific focus on scheduling; PMI-SP designation is an asset; 7+ years’ experience creating, monitoring and managing complex schedules for construction, architecture or engineering projects Detailed knowledge of project management methodologies, including scheduling best practices Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together for regular project discussion/strategy meetings; Ability to analyze detailed schedules and make recommendations for changes/improvements; PMI certification Experienced with SIGMA system and with complex, simultaneous and interrelated components of a project with a thorough knowledge of NPMS.

Experience dealing with projects over $20M and experience with the renovation of garages is preferred.
