Are you a nursing professional with a passion for providing care? Nova Scotia Health (NSH) has several exciting opportunities for LPN, RN and NP positions across the province in Mental Health and Addictions. The Mental Health and Addictions Nurse works to their full scope of practice within an interprofessional and collaborative team, providing holistic and comprehensive care for individuals, families, groups, populations and communities across the continuum of care. Mental Health and Addictions services provide care in a number of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, withdrawal management and wellness, opiate treatment, forensics, intake and urgent care programs. About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following – 

  • Completion of one of the following programs:
    • Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma (LPN)
    • Bachelor of Science Nursing/Diploma in Nursing (RN)
    • Masters of Nursing – Advanced Nursing Practice Stream or equivalent Nurse Practitioner Program (NP)
  • Licensed and registered with the Nova Scotia College of Nurses (NSCN) or eligible
  • Competencies in other languages considered an asset, French preferred

Hours:
