You are: A Manager of Cloud Security Architecture who will work to ensure that our organization understands and complies with any laws or regulations that apply to our business.

An experienced Manager of Security Architecture who will ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.

You are to enforce regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

You are well versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices.

You will lead by example having a high ethical standard for your work while keeping business objectives top of mind.

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Cloud Security focused I.T.

Architect skilled in developing a company’s computing strategy.

Our strategy incorporatescloudadoption plans,cloudapplication design as well ascloudmanagement and monitoring.

Additional responsibilities include support for applicationarchitectureand deployment incloudenvironments.This role will report directly to our Chief Information Security Officer.

This position will sit in Ottawa, Canada full-time.

You will: Design or implement Controls or improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards or policies either within the Enterprise or in our Hybrid Cloud Evaluate the efficiency of Security controls within the IT and Engineering organizations Revise procedures, reports etc.

periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues Draft, modify and implement company policies Periodically identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues to the CISO, CIO, or CRO Collaborate with Engineering organizations to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations Enforce company Policies as they relate to Engineering and the Service Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) Assess NEW Products to identify possible Security risks Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that Security procedures are followed Conduct or direct the internal investigation of Security issues as they relate to our Software Assess Product for Security issues and develop architectural recommendations or risk mitigation strategies Consult with PB Legal and/or Data Loss Protection on issues related to Data Privacy regulations (by territory).

Verify that all Security Policies and Procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated throughout the IT, Engineering, and Product Management organizations Identify Security issues that require follow-up or investigation Evaluate testing procedures within IT and Engineering QE teams Discuss emerging Security issues with management or employees Work with Product Management to ensure new Products meet internal Development standards Provide employee training to Development teams on Security related topics, policies, or procedures Prepare management reporting regarding Security within the Engineering teams and progress Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs.

Verify that software technology is in place to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities Maintain documentation of compliance activities Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes Your background: As a Manager Security Architecture/Cloud Architect, you have: An experienced Cloud Security Architect in AWS, Azure, and Hybrid Cloud Environments Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols Experience as a Product Security Architect Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure to enforce policies and reduce risk, they need the ability to persuade others to adhere to standards.
