We have the perfect role for you.The Sales Specialist Cabinets is expected to conduct sales activities and build relationships with customers including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installationservices that match customer needs, creating designs with lighting, flooring, cabinets, appliances and paint for customers, informing customers on pricing, options, or status on pending orders, keeping shelves stocked and correctly displayed, and coordinating successful execution of projects and orders.What will be your main responsibilities?-Greet customers warmly and ensure a good customer experience; Serve as the storeexpert on cabinets; Entering new orders for customers, reaching out to vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues; Maintain a safe and secure work environment by complying with company policies and procedures for merchandising, housekeeping, safety, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks.-All other duties.What’s in it for you?-Flexible schedule; Dynamic working environment; Ability to grow within the organization; The chance to workfor a leader in the home improvement/renovation industry; Benefits after 3 monthsExigences du posteWhat are the skills we are looking for?

Experience in retail; Excellent customer service skills; Previous experience in cabinets; Strong communication and listening skills; Experience identifying and selling products based upon custimer needs or plans; Experience promoting product related services and plans such as installation, delivery, credit financing, or extended protection plans; 2 years experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
