The consultants will provide our clients with the integration required to deploy Microsoft based identity and access solutions, typically involving the following technologies: Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), Azure Active Directory Premium (AADP), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Microsoft cloud security products including Advanced Threat Analytics and Cloud Application Security, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and related products.The ideal candidates are seeking full-time employment opportunities in a growing and dynamic organization.

They will thrive on providing a combination of integration, configuration and development skills to enhance functionality of client’s hybrid identity and secure access environments.

They will be flexible and career oriented with a strong technical orientation and a desire to travel and meet clients on site.Responsibilities
·Design, develop and deploy client identity solutions;
·Work as a technical resource on a project(s) which will include the installation, configuration,integration and development of identity solutions within a Microsoft environment;
·Solid commitmentto providing superior professional services to all Avaleris clients; and
·Assist in the sales and development roles from a technical perspective, through demos,presentations and workshops.Professional and technical skills
·3-5 years of consulting experience working directly with enterprise customers utilizing complexsoftware and network environments;
·Ability to interpret potential opportunities to provide additional value within their currentengagements as well as evangelize Avaleris’ service offerings to prospective customers;
·Demonstrated troubleshooting and issue recognition skills;
·Excellent business and technical communication skills (oral and written);
·Highly professional representation of Avaleris in a range of customer situations;
·Strong sense of commitment to high-quality deliverables.Preferred knowledge and experience

·General knowledge of databases, web applications and ETL tools
·Experience with Identity Solutions in a Windows centric enterprise environment, such as but notlimited to Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), ActiveDirectory, Active Directory Federation Services and Azure AD technologies, would be an asset.Desirable Qualifications
·Enjoys and is experienced with business travel (primarily Canada) – approximately 10-15%
·A minimum of 2 years of relevant consulting / infrastructure experience in Microsoft environments;
·University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or related field;
·Microsoft Technical Certifications and/or IT Security Certifications; and
·Bilingualismwould be an asset
